EPS8000系列材质選用德國、美國知名鋼廠粉末自行調配，壓練而成粉末鋼，具有更高純淨度的更加細化的粉末顆粒，全程經調製、真空淬火、回火、超深冷等工藝製作，超耐腐蝕、耐磨損。
